For many communities, women have always played an essential role in keeping families and communities strong. They contribute to livelihoods, care for children, preserve cultural knowledge, and help build resilient households.
Yet, women and other groups can still face barriers to participating fully in community decision-making.
Inclusive leadership means recognizing these contributions and creating meaningful opportunities for everyone to have a voice.

Empowering Women to Lead
